In order to improve the capacity of its infrastructure, the Zone has in put 800 million yuan accumulatively,thus creating a transport network extending in all directions connected with main roads in the city. At present,there are two 110K substations,one sewage disposal plant with adaily capacity of 100,000 tons of polluted water,one water supply company providing 60000 tons of water every day, one heat and power plant annually producing 2.7Kw electricity and 220 tons of steam per hour ,one gad company supplying 156 thousand cubic meter gas a day ,as well as telcom, post office and banks, With 8-access and leveled land available in the Zone, plus the services providede b y the Customs, and the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in Shijiazhuang,this inland city has easy access to highways ,railways and even seaways ,which can set up a platform for logistics in the field of foreign exchange.
